Shamrock Software GmbH takes the protection of personal data very seriously. We want you to know when we store which data and how we use it. As a company under private law, we are subject to the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). We have taken technical and organisational measures to ensure that the regulations are strictly observed by us.

Personal data is information that can be used to learn your identity. This includes information such as name, address, postal address and telephone number. Information that is not directly linked to your real identity (such as the type of browser or operating system used) is not included. The central legal basis that allows the collection and processing of personal data in certain cases is found in Art. 6 EU-DSGVO (European Data Protection Regulation).
In principle, you can use our online offer without disclosing your identity. Only when you order a product do we ask for your name and other personal information as necessary for delivery. When requesting availability or ordering programme updates, the licence name of your previous programme version is transferred, among other things, so that we can check the legitimacy of the update delivery.
